Sassy Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar 
- 1 tsp minced shallot (can also use green onion) 
- 3 Tbsp olive oil (I prefer light, but extra-virgin if you prefer) 
- 1 tsp Sassy Mustard 
- 1 tsp light or regular mayonnaise 
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard 
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt 
- dash of pepper - Directions: Combine vinegar and minced shallot and let sit for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and combine until emulsified. I like to do this in a jar.
